Mix harissa with fresh lemon juice and olive oil to make a marinade for king prawns.

Dip for at least 30 minutes then skewer the prawns with green onions or green peppers and barbecue or grill.

Great served with quinoa and grilled vegetables, and a harissa/mayonnaise dip can be added on the side for even more flavour.
