Bank Holiday BBQ

The late August bank holiday proved the perfect time for a BBQ based on prawns, lettuce and tomato salad, corn on the cob and a huge hunk of beautiful, bloody beef. Harry Brand harissa from the squeezy is the only condiment you need, complementing every part of this feast in different ways, whether mixed with mayo for a shellfish dip, slathered on the corn instead of butter, and/or with the meat.
